In this class we will work the entire body using the pole, you will learn proper grip, down to proper dismount.
Learn proper grips, spins, hold, and walks with the pole, in a self paced class.
Let us teach and or refresh your knowledge on chair dance seduction.
Learn how to move like liquid with nothing but floor movements
Learn how to make beautiful shapes with your body on the pole.
Have a goal? Give us 1, 2, and or 3 months to get you to your ideal body, you will be given a meal plan and worked out with a workout created just for you. you can do this alone or in a group.
This class is for pole buddies, also not for the beginners. You must have trust and knowledge of the pole and your strength in this class.

Learn a routine to any song with an 8 count therefore it can be done to any song. You will need knee pads in this class
